Comfort for businesses by the water.
Boutiques, restaurants, galleries and offices in Newport Beach — comfortable rooms, quiet equipment, work around your hours.
Restaurants & retail
Cool rooms, quiet equipment.
Dining rooms with open doors to the patio, shops with glass fronts and afternoon sun. We keep them comfortable with systems that are heard and seen as little as possible.
- Ceiling cassettes and ductless systems
- Rooftop and split-system repair
- Maintenance before the summer season
Offices & studios
Offices in older buildings.
Many coastal offices are converted houses or small older buildings with the same problem as the cottages around them: a wall furnace or no heating at all, and no cooling. Ductless heat pumps are often the neatest answer.
- Room-by-room control for small teams
- Work done before or after hours
- A written maintenance plan per building
